The Requirements.

Our customers required a bespoke polymer extrusion for their customisable range of flexible toy race tracks.
Having previously experienced issues with low and inconsistent wall depth and a lack of flexibility in their product. Rocal Extrusions was able to develop a bespoke tool to improve the product performance and quality.

The Product.

The use of flexible PVC makes Flexitrack flexible enough to mould and shape into loops and increase a child’s enjoyment but also tough enough to be resilient during heavy use. This material was specially selected to provide the best possible flexibility and strength while also limiting the chances of decolouring when contorted.

This flexible PVC product offers a dynamic solution, with its versatile design, Flexitrack encourages creativity and imaginative play, ensuring hours of enjoyment for children.
